The New Mom's Diet Plan
I recently came across this great article in Parenting magazine that pretty much sums up all of the "diet" advice I give to my patients and "new mommy" friends who are looking to lose that baby weight. The key is to keep it simple and don't over think it - it's not a DIET but rather a behavioral and lifestyle modification (Psst - diets don't last long and they don't work - changing the way you do things and being consistent works!).
