So there were quite a few things that I loved using this month on both myself and my kids, as well as a couple of food items.

Now for the products for myself - I am re-loving my Mary Kay Medium Coverage Foundation. This foundation has been sitting in my makeup drawer for quite some time but recently saw the light of day and has now found a place on the counter with the rest of the beloved makeup items again. This foundation makes my combination oily skin look flawless and natural looking even after 12-14 hours of wear. It mattifies my skin and makes it look just amazing from the time that I put in on in the morning until the time that I take it off in the evening. It's a shame because this foundation is now discontinued but I'll just enjoy it while I have it.
I also love using my Sigma Sigmax F84 Angled Kabuki Brush - the perfect brush to apply liquid foundation. It cuts my application time in half - the brush head is large (for my face), the bristles are so soft and dense and the rounded angle helps to get into the contours of the face like under the eyes, around the nose, etc. It blends foundation so effortlessly and makes your foundation look airbrushed, like second skin. I only wish I had purchased this brush sooner!
I am also loving my Luna Bars in Chocolate Dipped Coconut and the Luna High Protein Bars in Chocolate Peanut Butter. These bars are great as an afternoon snack, post-workout snack or even as a dessert. The protein to carb ratio is perfect for keeping your glycemic levels in check, keep you satisfied until your next meal and stave off those dreaded sugar and carb cravings!
What products were you loving this month?
I'll start out with the products for the kids - 2 of my kids suffer from eczema and all 3 have very dry skin in these winter months despite constant moisturizing but we have all loved using Shea Moisture Organic Raw Chamomile Argan Oil Baby Head-to-Toe Ointment. We all love the smell - like cocoa butter - and I tease the kids that I'm going to eat their cheeks, arms and legs because they smell so yummy! Their skin stays really soft and moisturized after just one use...I try to reapply it every night and I keep one tube/tub on each level of my house at arms reach.

The next product I'm into is the Sephora Full Action Extreme Effect Mascara. I got a deluxe sample size of this mascara from a recent Sephora purchase. This mascara claims to be the "first seven-in-one mascara" that volumizes, lengthens, curves, separates, strengthen, protects and nourishes your lashes. This mascara does exactly what it was designed to do and then some. I get the most amazing results with just one coat on my lashes - almost like I'm wearing falsies but I'm not. I'm liking this one!
For my face, I'm loving my Josie Maran Organic Argan Oil. I use it as part of my evening skincare routine, on my cuticles as well as using it on my kids' dry spots on their face, elbows and knees. Even though my skin lean towards the oily side, I find that when my skin is thoroughly moisturized it doesn't get as oily throughout the day.
For foods and beverages - I'm really into drinking Bigelow Vanilla Chai tea. I try to have my Chai tea at least 4-5 times a week. I love adding one packet of Truvia and a splash of creamer to it for a delicious morning pick-me-up.
